The bodies within CARBURA are:

• The General Assembly
• The Board of Directors
• The Branch Office

The Board of Directors is supported by a committee (Executive Commission) and various specialist commissions.
CARBURA Tanklager AG (TLG) is a subsidiary of CARBURA with the purpose of joint compulsory stockpiling.
